If you’d thought about Georgia, last year’s trending destination, this year consider Slovenia, the Central European country of castles, verdant fields, snow-capped peaks, thermal springs, and the continent's greenest city, Ljubljana. It’s a place that’s still not overburdened by tourists, meaning you’ll enjoy getting to make your way through
