The whole concept of this shoot was to have a lovely bright set up that was to be homely for garden weddings but also luxurious. With lots of textures. We settled on a gorgeous colour palette that we believe would be stunning throughout most of the year but especially a late summer/autumn wedding. We were due to set it all up in a family garden but the great British weather didn’t play ball.

So we phoned around some local venues in the morning, to see if they would allow us to set up there. Notley Tythe Barn saved the day. So we were lucky enough to be able to set it all up inside and then again outside. The outside set up was an all round favourite. As it really showcased the colours of the flowers, the glassware, candles and stationery. The wicker charger mats added a simple yet beautiful texture to the tablescape.

And the coloured glasses complimented the blue in the flower centrepieces. Hexagonal lanterns were used to tie in with the large wooden hexagon frame. The show-stopping bouquet included; dahlias, crocosmia, kalanchoe, cotinous, roses and sensational vanda orchids.⠀
